Passive disinfection is the process of leading air to the solid alkali filter through power and oxidation and reduction. Active disinfection refers to the release of trace amounts of chlorine dioxide during the reaction to kill the virus. The concentration of chlorine dioxide is controllable, which is a characteristic of solid alkaline materials. Quickly remove gaseous pollutants (such as formaldehyde):
AOP-KF ® solid base undergoes a series of reactions under normal temperature and pressure to regenerate hydroxyl radicals (·0H) in situ, producing a large number of active particles such as ·0H. ·0H has a high oxidation potential and a large chemical reaction rate constant. Therefore, the removal efficiency of pollutants is high. Formaldehyde is oxidized and decomposed into carbon dioxide and water by 0H. No by-products are produced in the whole process, and there is no problem of secondary pollution.
