Kangfeng environmental disinfection equipment was tested at Tsinghua University

On July 25, 2017, Shenzhen Kangfeng Environmental Technology Development Co., Ltd. medical air disinfection and purification equipment YKJ1000F-A01 conducted a sterilization rate test in the Ou Guangshuo laboratory of the School of Life Sciences, Tsinghua University.

experiment procedure
1) Put the sterilizing and purifying machine (YKJ1000F-A01) into the cell room, close the door and window, select the collection plate and place it, and collect the plate after 15 minutes, as the test sample before the test.
2) Turn on the medical disinfection and purification machine, and start timing. After 30 or 60 minutes, press 1) to place the collection plate. After 15 minutes, collect the plate and use it as a test sample after the test. Turn off the machine.
3) Follow the steps 1) and 2) outside the cell to perform laboratory decontamination and sterilization tests without closing the doors and windows.
4) During sampling, the collection plates are placed evenly and placed at a height of 0.8 m from the ground.
5) Take 4 unused batches of the same batch of culture medium and culture them with the sampled samples at the same time as a negative control.
6) Place the petri dish in a 37±1℃ constant temperature incubator for 48 hours and then take it out to check the number of colonies.
