"The use of fresh air systems in residential buildings and public buildings will enter the mandatory regulations of policies and regulations." At the Sino-German Fresh Air Industry Summit Forum held in Hangzhou, Jin Jizong, vice president of the Beijing Building Energy Conservation and Environmental Engineering Association, said in an interview.
Jin Jizong revealed that the Beijing Municipal Government has entrusted the Beijing Building Energy Conservation and Environmental Engineering Association to organize and complete a policy research project on fresh air systems for residential and public buildings in Beijing. The research will be completed in 2016.
The content of the survey includes: fresh air demand for low-energy and ultra-low-energy buildings; fresh air equipment and systems for low-energy and ultra-low-energy buildings; how to achieve heat recovery and low-energy and ultra-low-energy buildings in the design process of fresh air systems Combining etc.
Jin Jizong introduced that the results of this survey will enter the building energy efficiency standards during the “13th Five-Year Plan” period in Beijing; at the same time, this survey will also provide recommendations to the Beijing Municipal Government on supporting policies for the new wind industry during the “13th Five-Year Plan period”; Moreover, the use of fresh air systems in residential and public buildings in Beijing is likely to become a mandatory policy regulation during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period.
In addition, according to the strategic deployment of the development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei system, “The central government has made it clear that Beijing’s building energy conservation and emission reduction standards are also applicable to Tianjin and Hebei. During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei and other northern provinces and cities will Pushing building energy efficiency to a new level will also drive the promotion and application of the fresh air system in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region." Jin Jizong believes.
Why do you need a fresh air system
The so-called fresh air system is a set of independent air treatment system composed of fresh air ventilator and pipeline accessories. The fresh air ventilator filters and purifies the outdoor fresh gas through the indoor side of the closed indoor side and sends it to the indoor through the pipeline. From the other side, the indoor air is discharged to the outside, thereby forming a "fresh air flow field" to meet the needs of indoor fresh air ventilation.
Why does Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei push the building fresh air system? Because the “Twelfth Five-Year Special Plan for Building Energy Conservation (Draft for Comments)” announced by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in January 2012 clearly stated that by 2015, the implementation of new urban construction in China will not be low In the 65% energy-saving goal; at the same time encourage Beijing and other four municipalities and regions with conditions to take the lead in implementing 75% building energy efficiency standards. For this reason, Beijing has started implementing the 75% energy saving standard for new residential buildings since June 1, 2013. In the context of the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, Tianjin and Hebei also implemented the 75% energy saving standard for residential buildings on January 1, 2014 and July 1, 2015, respectively.
Under the 75% energy saving standard, the airtightness of doors and windows used in buildings is greatly improved, resulting in reduced indoor air circulation, especially in winter, people indoors will be drowsy due to lack of air circulation, indoor harmful gases It will even affect people's health. Therefore, the fresh air system has become an inevitable choice for low-energy buildings.
It is understood that some European and American countries have promulgated laws and regulations to implement the zero-energy standard for new buildings by 2020, and Beijing has also started pilot work on zero-energy or ultra-low-energy buildings. Then, under the standard of zero energy consumption, a fresh air system that can guarantee indoor ventilation and ventilation, especially a fresh air system with heat recovery function, will be more essential.
The trillion market is expected
Due to the needs of building energy conservation and changes in policies and regulations, my country's fresh air industry is already in a starting state.
It is understood that a number of enterprises specializing in the production of fresh air equipment have appeared on the market; at the same time, some large air-conditioning manufacturers have also begun to intervene in this field; in addition, sensitive foreign-funded enterprises have also begun to seek business opportunities in China.
60% of the time in modern life is spent indoors, and the figure in cities is as high as 80% to 90%. According to a CCTV survey data, 96.25% of the respondents believe that there is indoor air pollution. In this context, the "China Fresh Air System Consumption Survey and Development Prospect Analysis Report" believes that it is now the best time to introduce fresh air systems in the Chinese market. Within the next few years, the fresh air industry will enter a period of rapid growth and the market size is expected Reached RMB 170 billion.
